Nice, moderately hoppy nose, with a touch of roasty behind it. Good blend of hops, roast, and a touch of combined bitterness.
Tasty, well brewed.
This will be our scratchpad- a repository of all things random and ephemeral that spring forth from our minds sounding like good ideas at the time.

Troegs Scratch Beer Special Hops Ale
Pours a dark amber red, with a touch of lacy head. Smells of caramel and sweetness- not a lot of hop character.
First taste is sweet,.a bit of laying grain, but still not much hops. The middle of the flavor us what differentiates this beer, making it passable, instead of meh. I would not buy.
